The 6 Steps

So, whether you are in front of your computer, the television or even in transport, follow this exercise in 6 steps:

1. Sit up with back straight .

2. Use a hard-backed chair if needed.

3. Put your elbows on the table or the armrests of your chair. If you don't have one available, put your hands flat on either side of your buttocks.

4. Contract your abs exhaling and raise at the same time the right knee. No need to lift too high.

5. Release the leg while inhaling and rest the foot. For those who are already a bit trained, do this exercise without resting your feet.

6. Repeat with the left leg and perform this exercise 15-20 times and even more if you're in shape.

It is your thighs that will work, firm up and shape up. Say goodbye to soft thighs and orange peel skin. After a few sessions you will find the thighs of your 20s and also strengthen your abs :-).
