What you need

- white vinegar

- hot water

- cotton

- basin

- towel

How to

1. Pour hot water into a basin.

2. Add a glass of white vinegar in it.

3. Soak your feet in this mixture for at least 10 minutes.

4. On leaving, wipe your feet thoroughly with a clean, dry towel.

5. Once the feet are dry, dab the infected areas with a cotton ball soaked in pure white vinegar.

6. Don't forget the space between the toes.

7. Allow to air dry thoroughly so that no moisture remains.

And There you go ! Thanks to these white vinegar foot baths, no more mycosis on the feet :-)
