1. Regurgitation of babies

Dairy products are such an important part of the diet of young children that it is difficult to consider abandoning it. But sometimes babies digest cow's milk very badly.

Side effects of soy?

That being said, these suspicions are mainly focused on the consumption of raw beans soybeans or not fully cooked flours . With regard to milk, made from well-cooked flour, there is no problem. This is why manufacturers now cook soy flour.

Hundreds of thousands of Asian babies have been raised exclusively with these milks, and presumably , are no worse off. No noticeable side effects have been reported.

Other vegetable milks

Soy milk, although the most common and best known, is not the only vegetable milk that can be used, even if it is closest to cow's milk in its composition.

There are other milks such as rice, chestnut, almond, hazelnut, coconut, quinoa... You can even find some enriched with calcium .

Regarding the choice of your vegetable milk, the first will of course be the taste. Then, no doubt, the places where to get them (organic stores for the most part).
