Women insecure about their bodies

Today, most people try to live a healthy life. Yet women are still insecure about their bodies. 55.9 percent of women do not feel comfortable in short clothes. In addition, they indicate that they are most insecure about their abdomen (51.8 percent) and legs (21.2 percent). This is according to a survey by Styletoday among 1,200 women. The majority of women indicate that they exercise. The frequency ranges from less than once a week (12.9 percent) to once a week (16.9 percent), 2-3 times a week (35.7 percent), and more than three times a week (12, 2 percent). Only 22.2 percent do not exercise. Strength training, cardio and group classes are favorites. The main reason for exercising is to lose weight (40.1 percent). Followed by gaining muscle (30.6 percent) and improving endurance (23.5 percent). Most women (38.2 percent) rate their body with a 7.
