1. 3 meals a day

Take three meals a day and preferably no snacks. That way you give your body a rest.

Eat mainly products that are easy to digest:according to Ayurveda, for example, cooked is better than raw. Avoid food that has been processed, frozen, canned or reheated, as the prana (life energy) has disappeared.

5. Take your time

Take your time before your meal:don't eat too fast or too slow, concentrate on the meal (i.e. don't eat in front of the TV or watch your phone in the meantime) and sit for five to ten minutes after eating before doing something else .

6. Avoid these foods

Avoid energy-hungry foods, such as caffeine, alcohol, and fast food. Wrong combinations in food, such as milk and fish or meat and grains, also withdraw energy and cause contamination in the intestines.

7. Seasonal products

8. Drink enough

Drink plenty of water, preferably warm water that has been boiled for ten minutes. Then the water is filtered better. Water also ensures that your food is absorbed better.

has been proven, such as turmeric, ginger, coriander, cinnamon and black pepper. But there are also Ayurvedic herbal mixtures for sale.
