The heavier they are, the better!

To guarantee optimal freshness, I open them 30 min max before eating them. I keep them for 1 week away from light and between 5° and 10° in the cellar to avoid any poisoning.

Instead, choose special oysters with fine oysters which are fuller and there is therefore more to eat (filling index> 10.5).

Savings achieved

Between 3 and 6 € for half a dozen oysters, a portion from time to time and no more anti-wrinkle day creams, extra pounds, unwanted weight loss and loose stomachs.

By choosing healthy foods, I save €15 per month easily by avoiding buying pharmaceutical and cosmetic products galore, i.e. more than €160 per year.

Personally, I prefer to indulge myself by eating while preserving my state of health rather than filling the pockets of pharmaceutical companies that offer me dubious products.

I hardly ever buy drugs (full of additives and whose side effects are sometimes overlooked) or day creams (whose effectiveness has yet to be proven!).
